Covid 19 Information

We are really pleased that the success of the vaccination programme has delivered significant positive changes to school arrangements meaning an almost complete return to pre-covid school routines with some minor changes.

In summary, from the beginning of September 21:

  • Children, staff and visitors will continue to maintain excellent hand hygiene including hand sanitizing on entry to the building, at lunchtimes, playtimes etc.
  • Enhanced cleaning of toilets, and the school building during the school day.
  • The school building and classrooms will continue to be well ventilated
  • Staff will engage with LFD testing at least 2 x per week and in some circumstances more often.
  • Assemblies delivered remotely to classrooms as a whole school.

As the pandemic evolves the school continues to work with UKHSA, the LSP and North Somerset Council.

We have a system of regular risk assessment reviews and work diligently to ensure that the safety and wellbeing of our school community runs parallel to our academic and social offer.

You can also find further information in our newsletters which you will find on the News and Events tab of the menu bar.

You will find below the most recent Covid 19 Risk Assessment which outlines the full measures we have in place.
