Play Station (Wrap Around Care)

The Play Station aims to provide a safe place for your children to get ready for learning in the mornings and wind down and relax in the afternoons after a challenging day of discovery.

In the morning

Shake it down and wake up with fun activities from 7.30am until school starts at 8.45am. A healthy breakfast is on offer if required, see the menu.

After school

The after school session runs from 3.20 until 6.00pm. There are many activities on offer including crafts, board games and a chance to get outside and stretch those legs if the weather is good to us! It is also a place to relax and unwind with a book or just chat to friends.

snack is on offer to tide the children over until tea time, but this is not intended to be a substitute for an evening meal. If you have any special dietary requirements please speak to a member of staff.

From September 2018 the fees per child for each morning session will be £5 and for each afternoon session the fee will £10.00 per child. A late fee of £15 will be charged for any late pick-ups for the first 15 mins after 6pm, then £5.00 for every 5 mins thereafter.

Please come along and see us in the hall. You can drop off and collect through the blue double-doors located by the staff car-park.

Please speak to Carol or Julie to find out more about The Play Station and to pick up a registration pack.

Food survey results - many thanks to those who took the time to respond.

We received a beautiful card from The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge in response to the children's handmade card and photograph that they sent to congratulate the couple on the birth of HRH Princess Charlotte. This can be seen by the school office.

The children also made a card for HM Queen Elizabeth II (see picture below) to celebrate her becoming the longest serving British monarch taking over from Queen Victoria who reigned for 63 Years and 216 days. We were delighted to have received a beautiful thank you letter from her Lady-in-Waiting. We have framed it and displayed by the school office.
