After a long year of training Mrs Blackmore-Squires faces a lonely 26.2 mile run after the London Marathon was cancelled again due to Covid 19. Determined not to let her hard work go to waste and committed to raising much need funds for the BeMoreBen Foundation she will wake early to begin the long run, unsupported but resolute in her approach as she takes each stride towards the finish line.

The school applauds Sam for her perseverance and dedication to her goal. In the face of such a great challenge and the additional barriers that the pandemic have put in her way, she has remained steadfast, kept up her training and can be really proud of the example she has set us all.
