The session was inspiring for children and staff as we were treated to a live cookery demonstration (socially distanced) and learnt about the benefits of health eating and getting our 5 a day.

After making our own hummus this tasty dip was enjoyed by everyone with a side of crudites to accompany.

Mr Riordan sampled the hummus - absolutely the best I have ever tasted and my new favourite purple food!
