Raising awareness of Eating Disorders.

On Saturday the 12th of June Mr Riordan will be swimming 1.5 miles in the cold water of Clevedon Marine Lake to raise awareness of the work that Beat, an eating disorder charity, does to support those affected.

During the pandemic there has been a sharp increase in the number of children, both boys and girls, diagnosed with an eating disorder. The charity has a wealth of advice and guidance for those affected and those supporting someone with a diagnosis or for anyone who may be worried about a family member, colleague or friend.
