Year 4 Camp - It rocked!

Brunel and Scott Class enjoyed a fabulous 3 days at Barton Camp.

Over the time away they enjoyed a wide range of outdoor education activities including orienteering, map and compass work, den building, swimming and learning about the country code.

Day 3 included a visit to Low Stock Farm, where they learnt about many aspects of life on a dairy farm. They even got to stroke a chicken called Mary.

During the trip the children were visited by Mrs Sargent and Mr Riordan and our safeguarding governor, Mrs Jones, all played an active part in the 3 days.

Thanks to the children for their exemplary behaviour and the memories they made, and the thanks to the staff for the care of the children and their hard work during the time they were away.
