The children are reading a book called 'The Journey Home' by Frann Preston-Gannon about endangered animals and Richard was able to tell them lots about the polar bear, panda, orangutan and elephant that feature in the story and the threats that they are facing in their habitats. We were so impressed with the children's excellent listening and thoughtful questions and are looking forward to seeing the children apply what they learnt in their writing.
