Try and write a Christmas list for Santa, using the sounds you know!
Eg, doll, cat, ted, cot, rocket, pen, lego, etc
Please also encourage them to make any attempts at complex words using their sounds, and don’t be tempted to correct their attempts!

Keep practising those tricky words in lots of exciting ways!

Problem Solving, Reasoning and Numeracy
3D shapes
Collect some 3D shapes  in the house
Eg ball (sphere), cereal box (cuboids) oxo cubes (cube) tins (cylinders) etc
Explore their properties
Which ones can roll?
What shapes do they make in playdough/if you draw round them?
Which ones can slide?
Do they all have corners? How can you check?
