Our aim is that children
a) Are literate, numerate & able to confidently use technology to access & interact with the world around them

PROVISION These aims are delivered through the following quality provision
The Deputy Head, along with another senior leader, has responsibility for leading and developing the curriculum.
Teachers as well as other staff have leadership responsibilities for subject/curricular areas.
The curriculum is broad, balanced, creative, differentiated and set in the context of real life.
Personalised learning is developed through a wide range of strategies & opportunities and underpinned by effective policies & pedagogical approaches.
Appropriate planning, Assessment for Learning and monitoring procedures ensure progress and high standards.
The Performance Management & Continuing Professional Development of staff benefits all stakeholders by helping to meet the improvement needs of the school.
All resources are organised & managed efficiently and effectively to the benefit of all.
Extra curricular activities further develop &/or extend the curriculum.
Leadership, management and administrative structures support and develop the learning process for all.
