Carnival
Preparations for the carnival float are well under way and I would just like to thank everyone who has volunteered to be on the float this year and also help with the preparations. We are now looking for people to walk behind the float. If your child is on the float or you just want to be involved then please sign up at the office to be a walker. Please note that all walkers do need to be in fancy dress as instructed by the organisers of the carnival.
The theme is Traditional Toy Shop and we have plenty of costume ideas for those who would like to take part. We will help walkers with costumes where we can but the onus will be on yourselves to put together a costume.
To give you an idea of costumes, the people on the float are dressing up as Dolls, Soldiers, Clowns, Jack in the Box's and Clown cone pop ups. But we have many other suggestions.
