Resolving Concerns

In you have any concerns, please speak to your classteacher in the first instance or it may be more appropriate to speak with our Learning Mentor or one of our senior members of staff. See our pastoral care page for more information.

For parents who have spoken to the classteacher or have a more serious concern that they wish to raise, these will be dealt with in the first instance by either the Deputy Headteacher or the Assistant Headteacher who will keep the Headteacher informed of the matter. This allows the issue to be resolved informally or then be escalated further to the headteacher. This is a deliberate school policy agreed by the governing body. 

The headteacher has an open door policy and is happy to meet parents. He can be found at the front gate of the school of the school most mornings.
